About these terms
These terms apply when you order a service from Mubashir Safeer (“I”, “me”) through this website or WhatsApp, and when you use the free tools on mubashirsafeer.com. By placing an order or using a tool, you agree to them.
Services
I provide manual SEO services, including podcast backlinks, profile backlinks, guest posting, SEO content writing and guest post website design. What is included in each package is described on its service page, and the details of every order are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before work starts.
Orders
Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp. Please share accurate information — your website, target pages, anchors or keywords, and any content requirements. Work starts once the order details and the advance payment are confirmed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars, and in Indian rupees for visitors in India. A 50% advance is due when you place the order, and the remaining 50% is due on delivery. I accept PayPal, Payoneer and Binance, and UPI for clients in India. Payment providers may charge their own fees.
Delivery and reports
Delivery times are shown on each service page and confirmed with your order. Every order is delivered with a report of the work completed, such as the live links and their details. If something is delayed, I will tell you on WhatsApp.
Refunds
Before work starts: if you cancel an order before work has started, the full amount you paid is refunded. After work starts: payments are not refundable, because the work is done manually. However, if a link included in your order cannot be delivered, I will provide a suitable replacement or a partial refund for that link.
No ranking guarantees
Search engines decide rankings using many factors that nobody outside them controls. I do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, AI search mentions or results within a set time. I do commit to doing the work described in your order, manually and transparently.
Third-party websites and platforms
Links are placed on websites and platforms owned by third parties, such as podcast directories, profile sites and publishers. They can change their pages, link attributes or policies at any time. If a link changes or disappears, contact me and we will find a fair solution.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to promote the website and content you send me, and that it is legal and does not infringe anyone’s rights. I may refuse orders for content I consider illegal, harmful, misleading or adult.
Free tools
The free tools on this website are provided “as is”, for information only. Their results are estimates and may not be complete or error-free. To keep them fast and fair, some tools limit how many checks one visitor can run in a short time. Please do not use them to overload or attack any website.
Intellectual property
The design, text and tools on this website belong to me. Content written for you as part of a paid order becomes yours once the order is fully paid.
Privacy
How I handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed. Orders are covered by the terms in place when they were confirmed.
